Terms of Service

Services provided
BCS Media & Design provides SEO Growth Systems and Custom Web Tools on a monthly retainer basis. The exact scope of work for each engagement is set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.
Payment terms
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable in full.
Intellectual property
On full payment of all fees due, the client owns the final deliverables produced for them (landing pages, written content and bespoke tools). BCS Media & Design retains ownership of its underlying systems, frameworks, methodologies and any pre-existing materials.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
