Who we are

What data we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional) and the contents of your enquiry. We do not collect any other personal data on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless you have become a client.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted processors to operate this site:

• Supabase - secure database storage for enquiry records and client data.
• Resend - transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and request a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bcsmediadesign.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
